Registration Options:
Full: This option includes all events at the 2023 conference: Welcome Drinks, Education Session, Communication Session (members only), Space Themed Dinner, Navigation Trial, AGM (members only) and Awards and Presentation Dinner.
Partial: This option is available for people who can only attend some of the conference events, or want to buy tickets to some events for a guest.
Online: This option is available for people who are unable to attend the conference in person, Education Day, AGM – free (members only) and Awards and Presentation Dinner will be broadcast online with interactive options available.
Terms and Conditions
Media and Photographic Consent: By purchasing a ticket you consent to the collection and use of personal images by photography or video recording during the AWPA 72nd AGM and Conference. These may be used on the AWPA website, in Newsletters and publications, as well as distributed to members. These images may be used by the AWPA National or State Committees to promote future events and/or the Association.
Refund Policy:
Cancellations prior to 22nd February 2023 be refunded in full less $50 admin fee.
Cancellations between 22nd February and 15th March 2023 will be partially refunded and an online registration provided.
No Refund will be available for cancellations after 15th March 2023.
COVID Policy: There are no restrictions in place but it is expected that anyone experiencing symptoms will not attend the conference If you are unable to attend, you will be provided with an online registration, please contact your conference committee in the first instance who will provide guidance.
Indemnity: I the undersigned do hereby indemnify the Australian Women Pilots Association and the members, officers and agents thereof associated with arranging the functions and associated activities from all liability of any kind arising out of any function or activity arranged by or on behalf of any such person or body, or travel to and from same, and as agents for the persons or body named above whose express permission I declare that I have obtained to do so. I do hereby indemnify each person or body arranging or associated with such functions, activity or travel from all liabiltiy.
